I am testing a new apartment search engine and hope to have it on the site soon.

I give cash back rebates to everyone who uses me as their apartment locator for a Houston area apartment. This rebate can be anywhere from $125 to $500.

Here's how it works: Write my name and broker (Steve Clement - United Texas Realtors) on your guest card and application. Once you lease an apartment, let me know. I'll need your full name and address, apartment rent, length of lease and lease start date as well as the name of the apartments, phone number and leasing agent.

I'll invoice the apartments and will generally receive the apartment referral fee in 45-60 days. Once I've received the fee, I'll turn around and rebate to you one half of the amount. Generally, your rebate will be between $125 and $500, but it all depends on what and how the apartments pay. Some pay one month's rent, others pay one half month's rent and other only pay $250. So, I rebate $125 minimum.

Apartment locating is a tiny portion of my business and you're doing most of the work, so I'll be happy to split my fee with you right down the middle!

Question? Please email me. I look forward to giving you a cash back apartment rebate!

Here's the fine print: Can only be used for new leases - not renewals. Apartments must pay a referral fee to apartment locators--most do. If you're not comfortable asking them, that's fine. Just give me their name and phone number and I'll give them a call! Six month lease minimum. Most apartments pay higher fees for 12 or 13 month leases.
